Move4Parkinson’s in conjunction with Dance Theatre Ireland (DTI) offer modern dance classes for People with Parkinson’s and their Care-Partners. 

DTI is part of the Dance for PD membership programme, a dance programme which is proven to improve physical and emotional well-being for people with Parkinson’s in over 100 communities around the world. This is Modern dance music and movement, incorporating breathing and stretching and it can be done seated or standing or both. This is a do as you are able class. Great Fun!
